Terms of Service

Infser is built for authorized infrastructure access. Using it means preserving that boundary and the controls around sensitive actions.

Authorized systems only

Connect, inspect and operate only devices, accounts, browser sessions and infrastructure that you own or are explicitly authorized to administer.

Account and credential security

Keep account credentials, recovery material, API credentials and device pairing material secure. Do not share access in a way that bypasses workspace membership or identity controls.

Scopes, permissions and approvals

You are responsible for the roles, scopes and permissions you grant and for reviewing sensitive actions when Infser requires approval or step-up confirmation.

Prohibited misuse

Do not use Infser to bypass access controls, compromise systems, interfere with infrastructure you are not authorized to manage, distribute malware or violate applicable law.

Evolving and pre-release capabilities

Infser is an evolving software project. Features, supported platforms, validation status, limits and pre-release capabilities may change, be restricted or be removed as the project develops.

Third-party integrations

External AI clients, authentication providers, infrastructure and other integrations have their own availability and terms. Infser cannot guarantee a third party’s service or policy.

Billing when applicable

Commercial prices or billing terms apply only when an active public offer is actually published through the server catalogue. An unpublished tier or price is not implied by these Terms.

Suspension and revocation

Access may be limited or revoked to protect account security, workspace boundaries, infrastructure safety or the integrity of the service, including when authorization or device state changes.

Changes to the project and these terms

These Terms may be updated as Infser changes. Material product changes should be reflected in the corresponding public documentation when they affect how the service is used.

Contact

Use the Infser Contact page for questions about these Terms. Never publish passwords, tokens, private keys or sensitive infrastructure data in a public issue.
